Coronavirus (Covid-19) – Update 9/4/20

 



We would like to start by thanking all the NHS staff and other key workers for the amazing work and dedication that they are showing during these unusual times. As a family run business we are committed to ensuring that the health and well-being of our customers and employees is our main priority.

We remain open for business, and following all government guidelines, we have temporarily closed the showroom and can no longer offer home or showroom visits.

We are offering a Virtual Consultation from the safety of your own home.  We will work with you through initial plans, we just need a few pieces of information from you;

Kitchen

  • A Plan/Sketch of the room (Dimensions in Metric) showing positions of Doors, Windows, and any other “Static Items” (Boilers, Stop Cocks, Supporting Columns/Beams etc..)

  • The ceiling height of the room (As this has implications for the height of wall cabinets and tall larder units)

  • A list of Kitchen Appliances you are keeping (Dimensions or model numbers would be great)

  • A list of the new Kitchen Appliances you will require (whether “built-under” or “built-in” or “free standing”)

  • The position where the Sink Waste exits from the room

  • Whether there is a requirement to eat in the kitchen (Table / Breakfast Bar) and number of people

  • The Style of Kitchen (e.g. Shaker, Flat Slab)

  • The Type of Worktop (e.g. Laminate, Wood, Quartz, Granite)

  • General Colour Scheme for the room (e.g. Cabinets, Worktop, Walls, Floor)

  • Pictures taken from each corner of the room would be helpful

 Bathroom

  • A Plan/Sketch of the room (Dimensions in Metric) showing positions of Doors, Windows, and any other “Static Items” (Box containing waste pipe etc..)

  • The ceiling height of the room (As this has implications for the height of shower screen)

  • A list of Bathroom equipment you will require (shower, bath, shower-bath, wetroom etc)

  • The position where the WC Waste exits from the room

  • The Style of Bathroom (e.g. Traditional or Modern)

  • The Type of wall and floor covering (e.g. tiles, wet wall paneling, LVT)

  • General Colour Scheme for the room (e.g. Cabinets, Walls, Floors

  • Pictures taken from each corner of the room would be helpful

This basic information will allow us to prepare an initial concept design – we will then email copies of the concept plan and 3D colour perspective views and then talk to you face to face if you wish via FaceTime, Skype or other similar app – this will allow you to “tweak” anything you are not happy with.  We can then generate a quotation for discussion with you and to refine anything further.

 

All site visits and installations are on hold awaiting government instruction, once we have clarification we will be in touch.
